Our Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) are all fully accredited through the BRE Scheme. • Fully Compliant Searches - Home Information Packs may no longer be in existence but they leave the legacy of fully compliant searches. Our searches will continue to be fully compliant; accessing all of the necessary data and not utilising search insurance to cover “no answer”. We can also provide official Local Authority Searches for a small administrative fee.
