Environmental Searches
PSS provides comprehensive and easy to read reports that provide information in the five key areas, namely:
- Enquiries of Statutory Registers
- Enquiries concerning Land Use
- Enquiries concerning Land Instability
- Enquires Concerning Natural Perils
- Enquires Concerning Other Matters that are not covered by the Standard Enquiries of Local Authorities
Every residential report includes an Environmental Certificate, which indicates the likelihood of the property being described as contaminated, as defined by Section 78(A) 2 of Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The certificate includes a unique Lending Assessment as well as highlighting matters that may impact on the value of the property such as flooding, radon, ground subsidence or active landfill sites.
These reports can usually be sent out to our customers within 24 hours at a cost of £32.00 plus VAT.
