Personal Local Authority Searches, provided by a personal Search Agent/Agency have been accepted by the following mortgage lenders, per se or at the discretion of the conveyancer. Some of these lenders require that adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance cover is in place for which Professional Search Services Ltd provide cover of a minimum of £2m.
